why do you need a house that big? i mean really, i can see havin a tennis court, basketball court, swimmin pool...but what else? why?

the quetion is why not?....he was one of the best athelets....and he's worked hard for everything that is there...and he does give alot of money to charity....but i think he deserves it.

Yeah I mean if you have so much money, you got to spend it or you will get killed, at least he bought something that he'll have and didn't blow it away on drugs and what not like a lot of them that have millions upon millions and end up flat broke.

But how big of a house do you really need? I mean literally what all does he put it in it? Granted his great great great great great great grandkids are set for life.

Well, the idea of investing in the real estate is always great since it usually insulates you against ups and downs in the economy. But, I'll have to agree....when is a house too big? I suppose you can have huge parties and invite people to stay for extended amounts of time, but after that what's the point? But, it's not like he cuts the lawn or vacuums either. I guess if you have that kind of money its probably how you are supposed to use it and show it off. Status symbol and such.

I wouldn't exactly say he earned it.
I think celebrites and sports figured get paid way too much. How greedy can you be?

Now some of these people who have some great inventions or ideas-- they earn and deserve it.
